About NAGV Programme

Two Core Components for Youth Development

The NAGV Programme has two core components: Apprenticeship and Graduate Volunteerism. The Apprenticeship Component equips participants through structured learning with specific occupation competencies, ending with formal assessment and certification.

Formal Apprenticeship

A system of skills transfer through structured on-the-job and off-the-job learning for competencies of specific occupations. Includes work placement, training, coaching and assessment in priority sectors like tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, construction and oil & gas.

Informal Apprenticeship

Graduate Volunteer Scheme (GVS)
